WORT FM (#MadisonWI listener-sponsored community radio) has a new weekly indie rock (and adjacent genre) show that airs early on Wednesdays (2am to 5am). I'm listening to last night's show on their archive (the show started earlier this summer) and it fuckin' rocks! The DJ is a new mom passionate about music and who's up at crazy hours because of their kid.
