I suppose Disney verifies California residency for the monthly #MagicKey payment option, right? It would probably fail based on my billing address. Annoying.

Edit: My "Magic Key address" is still my old California address, despite having updated my address last year everywhere I could find in Disney's systems; this probably explains why I kept getting the monthly-payment option. But when I tried to use a credit card with a Washington billing address, it failed.
