This sounds objectively bad.
Like their committee decided the best way to make their EV sound like a Dodge was to record a Dodge and add an 'EV whine that's kinda like a supercharger whine'.
It's also not reactive to what the car's doing, as seen in the donuts.

It's like a low-budget racing game's car noise.

There is so much bad #UX #design here that I hardly know where to start.

If you are a professor, this is an excellent design exercise: improve this. I'm sure ANY student could make this far simpler and easier to use.
