Mark SquiresBeen awhile since I mentioned one of these. Coming to the end of the stash, it's holding on nicely. (This is how I like to time it, not that the waiting was all that intentional!) The white label was always more accessible and this drinks best now as a pop'n'pour. No decant. That's not to say it has no life or didn't improve in the glass--it does and did!--but it's elegance and freshness are paramount. Silky texture and lingering taste.
