Miriam Robern<p>Today's Hell Week theme was As Fast As You Can, which meant a bunch of sprinting but also a lot of rests, so i was right at home. </p><p>Ran 2k, rowed 2k, got almost 3k steps.</p><p>My new "problem" is that when im not exerting myself, my heart rate drops back to resting much faster.
