GEG -> SEA -> DFW -> EZE (four nights) -> join #AdventuresbyDisney -> USH -> #Ponant L'Austral -> #DrakePassage -> #Antarctica -> #DrakeShake -> USH -> EZE (one night) -> MIA -> PHX -> LAS (two nights) -> #RnRLasVegas -> SEA -> GEG -> home late last night.
Nineteen days away. Three continents, eight airports, ten flights, four hotels plus a ship. Adventure of a lifetime.

It's 43 days until my next race ( #RnRLasVegas). I have not been able to train or work out, pretty much at all, with the sling on my shoulder. The post-surgery sling period officially ended yesterday.
Can I go from "my worst athletic condition in nine years" to "ready for my 112th half marathon" in 43 days?
