@MrEPCOT LOL. They are just like everyone else now, sadly.
I was quite loyal to them pre-COVID and in general had very positive experiences. They slashed their schedule in Philly so I was forced to mainly fly American. It's been...fine?
It's nice to have a loyalty/status program that actually does something.
