@matt do you think part of it is that TWDC is too big/covers too many different business lines/divisions/whatever?
@tim reading this, they just totally miss the basics of good management. Poor communication all around, no alignment on strategy, and what sounds like an absolute toxic amount of politics.
It doesn’t help that they also built a totally unwieldy mega corporation.
